I have been working with Ryan for almost 6 months now, and he has helped me make huge gains in my strength, speed, and explosiveness. I started working with Ryan in January of 2010, I was coming off an injury and was pretty much starting at square one. Comparing to where I was the first day I started to where I am at now is night and day. Ryan has been a huge part of not only getting me back to where I was before my injury, but coming back even better. It is not by chance that I am now living my dream as a player for the number one collegiate team in the country at Penn State, as well as a player for the USA Women’s Olympic player pool. Because before this I was seen as being too slow, not explosive enough and not quite strong enough to be an upper level rugby player. But since the work done at Imperial, I lift more, jump higher, and run faster than I ever thought possible. Because of work done with Ryan at Imperial I got the athletic push I needed to make it to where I’m at, and a mindset to help me keep pushing further.

I have been regularly attending Imperial Fitness for the last 3 months. Since I have been working with Ryan, I have obtained results faster than I had by simply going to the gym on my own. In August 2010, I was told by the Air Force recruiting personnel I was “too fat” at 18% body fat, when I had initially taped out at 14% body fat. Within 3 months Ryan has leaned me down to 9% body fat, I have lost 15 lbs and continue to see results. My recruiters are impressed and I will be shipping in November 2010.
